By booking appointments via an online booking system, text message, phone or in person, you are in agreement with these terms and conditions.

BOOKING:

. A valid credit card on file is required to reserve your appointment.

. Children, guests, and pets are not accommodated in the treatment room.

. Groupon vouchers are accepted only one time as first-time guests.

. Lashmi reserves the right to refuse services

PAYMENT:

. Full balance is due immediately after the service is rendered.

. There is an additional transaction fee of 5% of the total balance for a credit card charge.

. An additional penalty charges $100 for a bounced check.

. Prices are firm and subject to change without notice.

. No refund after service is rendered.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE AND NO-SHOW:

Please be respectful of our times just like we respect yours. We have a constant list of clients and potential clients that desperately try to fit in our schedule on a daily basis. When a client cancels less than 24 hours it is almost impossible to fill that spot. Therefore, there are no exceptions to the Cancellation Policy.

. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

. Late cancellation (less than 24 hour-notice) and no-show with or without any excuses will be charged in full balance.

. Late arrival will limit the time for your treatment and the full value of the service is still expected.

. Arriving 20 minutes late without notice is considered a late cancellation.
